About Me
I became interested in the healing principles of massage and bodywork after a motorcycle accident in 2002 on Highway 30A. I experienced firsthand the benefits of therapeutic work as it has helped me regain mobility after numerous surgeries to repair my body. I am a graduate of Soothing Arts Healing Therapies in Miramar, FL. With 15 years experience, my focus has been in Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Scar Tissue Release, PTSD, Sports Massage, Energy Work and Prenatal.
After completion of the massage program, I made my way to California where I gained valuable skills and experience at the prestigious Ojai Valley Inn & Spa and destination spa, The Oaks of Ojai. My desire had always been to open my own private practice and the opportunity presented itself. In 2008, I opened a small studio in Fairview, Tennessee located just thirty minutes outside of Nashville. I applied my skill set in Sports Massage and my love of music to treat repetitive motion injury for local session artists and musicians as well as the wonderful local community. While my heart is in music and Music City, it longed for the white sandy beaches I called home. So in 2012 I moved back home and opened Trinity Massage and Bodyworks, LLC in Freeport, Florida. It was such an honor to be back home and serving my hometown. The COVID pandemic of 2020 adversely affected my business and proved to be the demise of my income. I reluctantly closed my business at the end of 2020 and began working as an Independent Contractor in Navarre, Florida. I am now grateful to be providing services at The Spa Navarre. I look forward to offering my set of skills in helping you reach your wellness goals.
